My Dear Friends... After 30 years of helping and inspiring thousands of beautiful spirits with my "Laughing Meditation" and laughter programs, I am now offering training for you to become a "Laughing Meditation Teacher". In this two day training you will learn techniques, skills, and insights into the joys of sharing laughter as a playful meditation. You will have the opportunity to experience new heights and depths of laughter. There is bliss in laughing freely, there is joy in letting go, moving, dancing and playing for no reason.
We are alive now and we might as well Celebrate!

Our emphasis will be on laughing as meditation, laughing as an innocent child
laughing as enlightenment, laughing as healing and transformation
Laughing as Celebration!

This training will be on two Saturday afternoons. The first part of the training is designed to
be mostly experiential. The second part will give you the skills, experience, and confidence to share, teach, and inspire laughter and Laughing Meditation with others. You will receive a Certificate upon completion of the training. Beginners and advanced ~ all are welcome to participate.

Saturdays: April 10 and 17 ~ Saturdays ~ 12:30 to 5:30 pm
